The Re:Generation Music Project, a new documentary produced by Hyundai and Greenlight Media/Marketing, is available exclusively on Hulu.com, starting today! The film captures how five DJ's – DJ Premier, The Crystal Method, Pretty Lights, Mark Ronson and Skrillex – use technology to mix musical styles and genres to create original tracks.
An official selection of SXSW 2012, the project is produced in collaboration with the Grammys as a joint commitment to celebrate innovation in music.
We previously posted on the film when it enjoyed just a 2-day theatrical run on February 16 and 23, 2012, in 180 theaters nationwide. In the deal with Hulu, it will be featured as the “Documentary of the Month” during March and April, and will be available on the premium online video service through March 2014.
