On August 25th Dana Harris was pulled over by the police right outside his home in Providence Rhode Island. According to Harris, the police officer was going the opposite way and turned around to pull him over. As shown in the video, the officer proceeded to ask for his license and registration and after Harris asks over 9 times why he was pulled over the officer stated he was pulled over because his Air freshener was obstructing his view.
