Serena Williams and baby Alexis Olympia are gracing the February cover of Vogue because it only makes sense after they dominated 2017. Plus, who better than the powerhouse tennis star to rock a Vogue cover during Black History Month?

Williams' took to Instagram this morning to drop the preview cover along with a touching caption.

As if that weren't enough #BlackGirlMagic for your midweek woes, your girl quickly resurfaced on Pharrell Williams' Instagram page to politely collect the rest of our edges. In this video for Vogue, Williams' floored us with an all-out twerk-a-thon on an airport runway to Rihanna's Rap Lyrics In 'Lemon.'

WORK, sis!

While the 36-year-old has never been shy about displaying her playful side, she kept it equally real in her Vogue feature as she opened up about her post-partum health complications and the challenges of motherhood. “Sometimes I get really down and feel like, Man, I can’t do this,” she said. “It’s that same negative attitude I have on the court sometimes. I guess that’s just who I am. No one talks about the low moments ― the pressure you feel, the incredible letdown every time you hear the baby cry.”

She went on to reveal, “I’ve broken down I don’t know how many times. Or I’ll get angry about the crying, then sad about being angry, and then guilty, like, Why do I feel so sad when I have a beautiful baby? The emotions are insane.”

She's a real one, that Serena. And we're here for ALL of it!

Here's some more photos from the Vogue shoot including Serena's husband, Alexia Ohanian, and her sister, Venus Williams.
