Shoes aren't the only thing being thrown around in the Nicki Minaj/Cardi B beef! Steve Madden is out here throwing shade.
Remember when Diesel announced its anti-cyberbullying campaign with Nicki Minaj as one of the ambassadors? Well, the two rappers' beef heated up a bit when Cardi claimed Diesel approached her first.
Nicki then bit back claiming she passed on Steve Madden to shade Cardi.
Same thing with Steve Madden. Irv Gotti asked me to do that deal several times. I passed. You never hear me talking bout things like this. ???? she rlly thought she was doing smthn talking about turning down deals. BWAAAAAHAHAAAHAHAHAAAAA #DipVIDEO out now.

According to The Fader, Cardi B and Steve Madden began their collaboration in 2017 with an initiative called "Curated by Cardi."
Things got extra hilarious. The shoe brand waded into the dispute on Twitter in an attempt to clear things up.
.@NICKIMINAJ you can't turn down an offer that was never made. #StopLying.

However, as CNN reports, the brand was a little late to the party. By the time Steven Madden tweeted its statement, the two rappers had ended their feud with a truce.
The dispute between Nicki and Cardi reignited Monday when Nicki claimed her friend Rah Ali punched Cardi at least eight times during New York Fashion Week back in September. Cardi then responded to Minaj's claims with a series of Instagram videos, and thus, the beef was served on a platter once again.
The Queen rapper announced the end to the divisive feud with a tweet:
Ok you guys, let’s focus on positive things only from here on out. We’re all so blessed. I know this stuff is entertaining & funny to a lot of people but I won’t be discussing this nonsense anymore. Thank you for the support & encouragement year after year. Love you. ♥️

Cardi posted Minaj's call for positivity on Instagram, and added, "Alright then! Let's keep it positive and keep it pushing!"
