According to one follower, this clip came from a special commencement ceremony for black students at Cal State, which is a predominantly white institution.
The African American Graduation on the campus of California State University at Long Beach was established by the ΟΛ chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and was the brain child of Soror Torrie O'Neil #10 Spring 1987.
