If you enjoyed Between The World And Me, you’re in luck.

Ta-Nehisi Coates’ best selling novel is now being adapted into a multimedia show which is set to debut at Harlem’s classic Apollo Theatre.

The performance will feature a score from jazz musician Jason Moran, as well as videos and letters from the book. Kamiliah Forbes, executive producer at the Apollo and Aunt Kamiliah in the book, will be the director of the presentation; she previously served as the associate director for Raisin in the Sun on Broadway.

In a phone interview with the New York Times, Forbes described the upcoming show as taking the “solitary experience of reading the book and expanding that to a collective experience.” Coates himself has no official role with the production, but will provide "creative guidance."

Although the format of the show is still taking shape, Forbes promises that "one night is going to be vastly different from the next.”

According to Forbes, the presentation will feature some celebrities as well as everyday people. So, if you’re looking to be casted, this may be your shot.

Between The World And Me will hit the Apollo Theatre in April 2018.
