Update (March 6, 2019): Model and social media influencer Nao is considering legal action against a Miami nightclub she says refused her entry due to her weight.

BuzzFeed News reports Nao and her publicist, Daniel Bouabdo, hired a law firm to look into suing the nightclub Story for discrimination. Specifically, the influencer alleges the club turned her and her friends away after the rapper Future, who was at the club last Friday, reportedly asked that “no fatties” be allowed inside.

Nao is not interested in filing a lawsuit against Future, but her publicist said she does want one thing from him.

"We would like to believe that Future doesn’t condone such behavior, but he’s leaving Nao no choice but to ask for an apology,” Bouabdo said. “It’s been now over 72 hours, and I still don’t have any answers for his publicist or his manager."

Nao slid in Future’s DMs to discuss the matter, but he wasn’t apologetic. The “Fine China” artist accused her of blaming him for the nightclub’s actions, reports New York Daily News.

“You lied on my name,” the rapper told Nao. “You should’ve said Story told you that s**t.”

Future has not spoken publicly about the incident.

Original: Rapper Future is catching some heat online after it was rumored he instructed a Miami night club he was recently partying at not to permit fat ladies inside.

Well-known social media personality N A O recounted the ordeal, which allegedly occurred on Thursday night, on her Instagram story.

"Just got word that it’s true, Future said no fatties in the club," she began.

"I'm just trying to understand really why this is a thing. Why is he allowed to put those rules in place. The discrimination is insane to me," she continued. She also chastised the other "rappers and club owners" who harbor the same views as the "Mask Off" artist.

Naomie didn't name the club in question, but many on Twitter mentioned this is not the first time Miami venues have been accused of discriminating against thicker women.

Other users remarked that many clubs "hand pick" who they allow inside, so it was less of Future's fault and more of the owners and promoters.

Half the popular clubs in Miami ‘hand pick’ the girls.. shit even dudes… unless Somebody heard Future say “no fat girls” don’t pin that on him. That’s likely the club.
