French Montana loves the kids.

The Moroccan rapper is giving back by funding two preschool classrooms in his home country, People reports. In collaboration with the Sabae School of Fida-Mers Sultan district, Montana’s efforts will provide both supplies and classroom maintenance for years to come.

According to TMZ, the 33-year-old has been in the giving spirit recently. He's raised $500,000 for the construction of a hospital in Uganda that opened in March and provides services to over 300,000 women in 40 villages.

Montana’s philanthropy is personal. The star moved to the United States when he was 13 years old and became a U.S. citizen in June of this year. A few months prior, Montana partnered with MTV and the educational nonprofit Get Schooled, launching “We Are the Dream,” a campaign dedicated to helping undocumented immigrants in the U.S. achieve higher education.

“I am one of tens of thousands of first – and second-generation immigrants that are having a significant positive impact on the United States,” Montana told Rolling Stone. “I am excited to lead others in this fight to ensure Dreamers connect with support they need to get to college and make their American Dream come true.”
