Westside Chicago native Amara Enyia is entering the last four weeks of her run to be the next mayor of the Windy City. On Monday, she dropped her first campaign ad, "All of Us."

Enyia, a public policy expert and lawyer with years of experience, reached prominence when a friend and fellow Chicagoan, Chance the Rapper, donated $400,000 to her campaign at the start of 2019. Now, the longtime community activist is fired up and sharing her message across digital platforms.

Surrounded by a group of individuals that reflect the diversity of America, Enyia introduces herself in the video as a "leader with a vision for Chicago that includes you."

The ad conveys her desire to encourage folks to think outside of the box and to vote for candidates who have not just studied the system, but who have been a part of it.

"I'm not here because I've spent years chasing power in an unjust system. I'm here doing what I've been doing all my life, challenging those in power, fighting to build systems that are equitable, just and put people first."

She concludes the video with her slogan: "All people. All voices. One city."
