Normani’s “Motivation” music video has many memorable moments, but one particular dance move has Twitter in a tizzy.

The singer created a slew of new stans when she dropped her nostalgia-filled video for her single “Motivation.”

She gave us looks, vocals and exceptional choreography. Basically, she was her regularly talented self.

However, one move blew minds across the internet.

In one scene, the singer hits a pirouette, bounces a basketball with her knee and booty bops it when it falls out of the air.

This dance sorcery blew everyone’s minds and has birthed the #MotivationChallenge.

Dozens have attempted the dance move, and the results are interesting.
