It's been over a week since the record-breaking New Edition miniseries/biopic on BET, and everyone literally can't stop talking about it.

So it makes sense that there is a lot of conversation right now about which artist or group should get the biopic treatment.

We may have an answer.

According to Jodeci group member Dalvin "Mr. Dalvin" DeGrate, a biopic based on the group's career is coming soon.

In a interview, when asked could a Jodeci biopic could be next, Mr.Dalvin said he's it's already in the works! He posted an a clip of the interview on Instagram with the caption, "Yes the #jodecibiopic is coming!!!!! For all the casting inquiries, they will be announced soon… Thanks for the love and support."

Mr. Dalvin says that the process started last September, the script is done and it will go into production next month, eyeing a release by the end of the year. He confirmed that so far, VH1 owns the rights for a Jodeci biopic. VH1 last produced the TLC biopic starring Lil Mama, Drew Sidora and Keke Palmer.
