Late Sunday evening, Twitter announced a major disturbance in leadership. Four of the popular social media company’s top executives have decided to leave the company, just three short months after company co-founder, Jack Dorsey was named the chief executive.

Dorsey took to twitter to set the record straight:

According to Dorsey, it was the decision of the four executives to leave: Alex Roetter, senior vice president of engineering; Brian “Skip” Schipper, vice president of human resources; Katie Stanton, vice president of global media; and Kevin Weil, senior vice president of product.

In addition to those four, Jason Toff, the general manager of Vine (a Twitter-owned social media application) announced that he is leaving for Google to work on virtual reality.

It will be interesting to see how things pan out in the upcoming days. Twitter shares have fallen by more than 50% in the last year, with 8% of it’s global workforce having reportedly been cut as of October 2015.
