First Lady Michelle Obama is having quite an amazing time as she prepares to leave the White House. She did an epic performance with Missy Elliot on Carpool Karaoke and has graced quite a few magazine covers in the past few months. Her latest adventure is no less amazing. She went on a trip to CVS with Ellen Degeneres, and if you know Ellen you know that it was hilarious.

The clip started out with Ellen explaining the “basics” to the First Lady.

“There’s coupons because you know you’re going to need these probably. It’s been a while,” Ellen instructed. “You push the basket because no one is going to push it for you.”

She then went on to give her personal definition of the CVS acronym: “CVS stands for cotton, Vaseline and stuff.” Michelle Obama didn’t buy it one bit, but the hilarity of this shopping trip was then getting started.

After Ellen dumped all of their coins in the coin machine, a woman, who was taking money out of the ATM joined them. What happened next will have you side-eyeing Ellen for the rest of eternity.
