Seems like just yesterday the American public was introduced to Sasha Obama, who was only eight years old when father Barack Obama was elected President of the United States. Fast-forward a decade later and the youngest Obama, who just turned 18 on Monday, is now a high-school graduate.

According to W Magazine, Sasha graduated from Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C. on Sunday. Former POTUS, first lady Michelle Obama and older sister Malia were in attendance to watch Sasha receive her diploma. Sidwell graduation ceremonies are closed doors, however the Quaker school posted a photo of the graduating class along with a quote from this year's keynote speaker, Sheila Johnson.

"Life has never been about you or about me. Life and all that matters within it has always been about us," the saying reads.

While Malia is set to begin her third year at Harvard University this fall, USA Today reports Sasha is slated to begin her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan. The former first family has yet to confirm whether those rumors are in fact, true.

The Obamas have kept busy since leaving the White House in early 2017. Not only has Michelle completed a worldwide book tour promoting her best-selling memoir Becoming, the famous couple recently inked a deal to develop a series of podcasts with music streaming platform Spotify.

With prom and graduation now over and done, it's safe to say Miss Sasha has officially entered the next phase of her life. Congratulations, cousin!
