Update (November 5, 2018): A white woman caught on video harassing two Black women waiting for AAA turned herself in to police on Saturday.

Susan Westwood, dubbed "South Park Susan," lost her high-paying job and was charged for misuse of 911, as well as other charges, for the October 19 transgression. On Friday, NBC News reported authorities had trouble locating the woman since last Wednesday.

Westwood confronted the two sisters waiting outside of a South Park apartment complex. The women, Leisa and Mary Garris, were accused of burglarizing apartments and begging for money in a false 911 call. Operators told the 51-year-old the police were already dispatched. Leisa called the authorities twice that night during the altercation with Westwood.

WBTV reports the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police added the misuse of 911 misdemeanor charge once they reviewed Westwood's call.

“And it was obvious from this case, based on what Ms. Westwood was saying to the 911 operator, the story she was telling was not true at all. That’s why the determination was made to go ahead and charge her with this misdemeanor,” said Lt Brad Koch. “She was using the police to try to further her agenda. Our job is not to take sides. Our job is to be there … our goal is not to arrest people whenever or to sign warrants on individuals who misuse 911, but that certainly is an avenue that officers can explore.”

The sisters have hired attorney Michael Phillips and have spoken to the Camden Fairview Apartments to initiate Westwood's eviction process.

Original: A North Carolina white woman has lost her job for harassing two sisters waiting for AAA.

The October 19 incident captured by one of the sisters, Mary "Chele" Garris, shows the white woman, identified as Susan J. Westwood, getting in the women's faces repeatedly and making racial comments.

“I am white and hot. So what are you doing here?” Westwood asked in the video.

According to HuffPost, Garris and her sister were waiting for roadside assistance when a seemingly inebriated Westwood came over to them. She demanded to know why they were in the South Charlotte apartment complex.

“Is your boyfriend here? Is your baby daddy here? Nobody cares, I’m white, and I’m hot,” she said. “You’re hanging around in a place you don’t belong.”

Then, she threatened to bring out a gun. “Do I need to bring my concealed weapons, too? This is North Carolina by the way," Westwood said in the video.

Since the videos initial posting, the woman has been dubbed "South Park Susan" because of the name of the complex where the incident occurred.

“What is going on in this parking lot?” She continued that she makes, “$125,000 a year." Westwood bragged, "I will still make $125,000 Monday morning.”

The sisters spoke to local news outlet Fox 8, explaining they were harassed "only because of the color of [their] skin.” “It’s so upsetting to know that today we still have this overt racism going on in 2018,” they said.

WBTV reported the viral videos made their way to Spectrum Enterprises, Westwood's place of employment. The company released a statement, and she was fired.

“The incident recorded in Charlotte is a blatant violation of Charter’s code of conduct and clearly disregards the company’s commitment to inclusion and respectful behavior,” it said. “As such, Ms. Westwood’s employment with the company has been terminated, effective immediately.”

She has been fired.

Westwood is also facing two counts of communicating threats and two counts of simple assault for the incident, according to the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office.
