Update: The 71-year-old White woman who harassed and attacked two military women, along with her adult son, in a Georgia restaurant has been charged with battery, reports CBS News. Deputies on the case say more charges may come for Judy Tucker. She was arrested and released on a $650 bond.

Original story: Two unidentified black female soldiers were harassed and attacked by a white family at a Cheddar's Restaurant in Macon, Georgia. Thanks to witnesses, the clip has now gone viral, and an arrest has been made.

According to the witness LaKeycia Ward, 72-year-old Judy Tucker and her son Robbie followed the two women into the restaurant on Saturday evening. The family called the two women “black b****s” and commented, “I didn’t know they allowed lesbians to serve.”

"This gentleman & his mom was [sic] hostile about the two soldiers not waiting for them to reverse back into there [sic] handicap parking spot for her handicapped husband instead they went around and proceeded to park in there own separate parking spot," Ward captioned her YouTube video. "So he then followed them inside the restaurant being verbally abusive calling them black lesbians shouting 'the military lets lesbians serve?' So at that point I start recording & heres the VIDEO."

Tucker can be seen trying to snatch the phone out of the hands of one soldier before she warns that "First of all, I'm pregnant."

Despite the woman telling Tucker that she's expecting, Tucker can be heard yelling that they don't have the right to take her picture.

Tucker's daughter Angie also tried taking the soldier's phone, claiming that her mother had been assaulted and was bleeding. Despite her claims and an attempt to play the victim, Tucker was arrested upon the arrival of the police.

Police arrested Tucker on a charge of simple battery, and she was booked into Bibb County Jail. She was released on $650 bond.

The mistreatment of the black soldiers caused Twitter to call out the hypocrisy of white America's claims that seemingly blackballed former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was "disrespecting our troops and servicemen," by kneeling when pure disrespect such as this happens.
