A 6-year-old girl from Rockaway, New Jersey, was recorded to have an IQ on the same level as Albert Einstein.

Declan Lopez, who is said to have an IQ of 138, is a member of the Mensa Society, a nonprofit organization that includes some of the smartest people in the country. The girl joined a group of about 100 others in the U.S. in her age range at the society, according to nj.com.

Her parents said they started noticing her intelligence when she was just 18 months old.

“We were on a trip in the airport, and she just started to count in Mandarin,” Declan’s mother, Meachel Lopez, told ABC 7 NY.

Her parents aim to keep her intellectually motivated while letting her be a child. 

“I want her to laugh and joke and make mistakes and do things that 6-year-olds do,” her mother said.

The kindergartner started reading books when she was 3-years-old. Today, she reads on a third or fourth-grade level.

“I’m interested in arts, science, math and geography,” she told the news channel. “My favorite thing to learn is a force in motion,” the girl added.

The 6-year-old likes playing with dolls, reciting elements on the periodic table and guessing countries’ flags, among other geography exercises. In math, she is already multiplying and dividing.
