Prom season is underway, and as special as it is for the high school students, it's just as special for the loved ones who get to send them off. Whether it's a mother, father, grandparent, sibling or cousin, being surrounded by family is a bonus for what is sure to be a memorable night.
One Florida grandpa initially thought he wouldn't be able to see his granddaughter go to prom, as he was recovering in the hospital. Fortunately, he was in for the most heartwarming surprise.
