As BuzzFeed reports, the midfielder recently became an internet sensation for a hand gesture he made on the field during a game.  

The gesture has become a part of Alli's brand, and now everyone wants to replicate it. And thus, began the start of a new internet challenge. 

The thing is, not everyone can do it correctly. It's harder than it looks, folks.
