It’s 2017 and the latest person to hop on the “all lives matter" train is none other than TLC’s Chilli. While promoting their upcoming album in an interview with Channel 4 News, TLC was asked about what it’s like being a black woman in Trump’s America. When asked about the Black Lives Matter movement, Chilli responded: “ I think All Lives Matter.”

“With the police brutality against these young black boys and stuff like that. All of that kind of stuff is wrong. Even if it was a Caucasian teen kid that this was happening to, it’s just not right,” Chilli stated.
Here’s the thing, how many times are we going to have to explain that saying “Black Lives Matter” doesn’t mean that other lives don’t? At this point, it seems as if you don’t understand that, you just choose not to. When T- Boz was asked about Trump she responded with a nonchalant “God is my president.” When Twitter got wind of TLC’s comments, a few fans let them have it.
When folks had to pull out Spongebob to show Chilli how silly she sounded.
