On February 26, 2012, Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman. The anniversary of Martin’s death comes just two days after sources like USA Today announced that Zimmerman would not face federal charges in regards to the shooting that took place in Florida. Three years later, people are still taking the time to celebrate Trayvon’s life and recognize the start of a movement.
