The 6-year-old viral sensation Antwain Fowler, who famously asked, "Where we about to eat at?" passed away, according to his official Instagram page.

The young child was often filmed by his mother China, who caught many of his amusing casual remarks

“The pain in my heart is like no other, why God. Never in a million years, My heart is out my chest,” the grieving mother wrote on Instagram.

China continued to film him once his health declined, and she documented his journey in the hospital. Although an official cause of death hasn't been announced, since 2015 Antwain was battling autoimmune enteropathy, a rare immune deficiency disorder. The disorder attacks the intestines and prevents the body from drawing nutrition from food or drink, according to the GoFundMe page started in Antwain's honor.

“Antwain has been hospitalized a countless number of times due to his poor condition. Antwain has undergone over 25 surgeries. Like normal infants Antwain was unable to drink milk, or eat solid foods during his earlier childhood," the fundraiser states, according to the New York Post.

In Sept. 2019, Fowler endeared himself to social media with a four-second video clip of him pouting and sliding down in a car seat while asking his mother, "Where we about to eat at?"
