Not really sure what to make of this trailer for a film called Herpes Boy, which Octavia Spencer from The Help co-stars in.

Originally a YouTube web series, the film, which has won a number of awards on the film festival circuit, including Best Comedy at the 2010 Comic-Con, centers on “a loser with a facial birthmark (not herpes) who accidentally becomes famous on the web.“

The film is now available On Demand on most cable providers, as well as iTunes, Amazon.com, Xbox, Playstation, and will soon also be available on Netflix.
