At first I was immediately curious to know how these two got together, and how that conversation went, when Young Jeezy approached Samuel L. Jackson and asked him to narrate a documentary on the rapper's life.

And then a Google search led me to an interview with XXL in which Jeezy said exactly how Samuel got involved, stating that Samuel was one of the people on his short list for the job, and all it took was one phone call. He told Sam about the project, and Samuel said he was already a fan of Jeezy's music (who knew?), and that he'd love to narrate the film; the rest is history.

It was shot over a 2-year period by the way, and also in the XXL interview, Jeezy said that he'd bee "reading a few scripts" when asked whether he planned to jump into acting, saying further that he's not at all afraid of making the leap, and plans to eventually, using Ice Cube's path as a model.

Reportedly released on DVD today, the entire 50-minute-long film has been uploaded to, and already shared across the web; and you'll find it below.

So, without further ado, I give you Young Jeezy in A Hustlerz Ambition, parts 1 through 6, narrated by Samuel L. Jackson:
