Sometimes, certain aspects of a celebrity life are off limits. 

SportsCenter’s Michael Smith had to learn that the hard way when he asked Oscar-winning comedian and actor Jamie Foxx about fellow actress Katie Holmes, who he's reportedly been dating.

At first, it was all fun and games at the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game on Friday. It was a night where Foxx was making jokes about how Cavs superstar LeBron James interacts with other players on the team.

But when Holmes was brought up, Foxx changed up real quick. 

“And I know you’ve prepared because I saw pictures,” said Smith. “Did you and Katie Holmes play basketball for Valentine’s Day? Like some real Love & Basketball?”

Somebody was big mad.
