One social media user brought unparalleled joy to the internet on Juneteenth when she blissfully showed off the muumuu she received from her mother. In the TikTok video shared by a Twitter user, the woman expresses shock and jubilation while putting on a fashion show for her followers.

"I never thought I would be this excited in a million years about what my mama just gave me, but I'm for real excited," she said. "I got a motherf**kin' moo moo." 

The elated daughter then stood up to show off the gown from top to bottom while twirling around to display the fit from every angle of her body. 

"I just feel like my name should be Shirley, Barbara or something like that," she said while continuing to bask in the outfit typically worn by elderly women.  

The woman and her muumuu of course received plenty of love on the internet.

The viral moment also provided another opportunity to celebrate Black women on Juneteenth.

After seeing the video, plenty of social media users took the opportunity to share their own muumuu stories.

The muumuu is apparently empowering for dozens of women.

For some, it was a chance to get more acquainted with the outfit.

As some social media users noted, the muumuu has been bringing parents closer together in the bedroom for many years. 

While the viral woman gets to enjoy her gift, others haven't been lucky enough to receive a generational muumuu.

Based on the viral clip, which has received more than 23,000 likes in one day, it's safe to assume that the muumuu isn't going out of style anytime soon. Expect many more generations to become acquainted with the gown.
