According to the U.S. Census Bureau, there are approximately 46.3 million Black people currently living in America with about 54.6 percent of Black people employed or seeking employment. That's quite a few different perspectives in a variety of industries and functional areas, however, as Black people, we share at least some similarities in our experiences while working.  Whether you're driving Uber or working at a Fortune 500 company, I'm sure that you or a friend might have encountered some of these situations.
