Celebrity couples always get extra attention around Valentine's Day, and our eyes are currently on tennis superstar Naomi Osaka and rapper Cordae, formerly known as YBN Cordae.

These 24-year-olds have been together for almost three years, and—while they've been referred to as "the coolest young couple on the planet"—they maintain a relatively low profile with their relationship.

People looking for cute uploads of the couple will find themselves disappointed, as the pair have chosen to archive all their earlier pictures together—though many can still be found online.

However, these superstars are very much still together, and they seem to have worked out what works best for their partnership—further elevating the couple to the status of being "relationship goals."

In the spirit of celebrating Black Gen Z's love this Valentine's Day, let's look back on the timeline of Cordae and Osaka's relationship.

2019

This couple kicked things off back in 2019, and the streets were talking about their supposed romance by April of that year. The speculation only ramped up after Cordae was spotted cheering Osaka on at the 2019 U.S. Open, and he ultimately came clean on their relationship later that summer.

"That's my girl," he said of Osaka. "We just kept [our relationship] hidden for a while, kept it quiet. I don't really like to go to public with my personal life, but if you just ask me [if we're together], it'd be disrespectful to her if I said 'Nah' at this point."

In Dec. of that year, they went to the Staples Center for their first public date, knowing that they were serious about each other.

2020

Cordae and Osaka kept things pretty low-key in 2020, likely because of the COVID-19 pandemic putting a damper on many public outings. However, they ultimately made headlines in Sept. after the "Super" rapper accompanied Osaka to the 2020 U.S. Open.

Cordae specifically accompanied Osaka after her father was unable to travel to the tournament due to COVID, and he thoughtfully cheered her on from the sidelines.

We love a thoughtful, supportive king!

2021

Last Feb., this cute couple opened up like never before in an interview with GQ, and they notably discussed their dynamic in further detail.

"We kind of move very reclusively. We don't really post intimate moments, because I feel as though they're sacred. A relationship is really a sacred thing. Once you let outside influences get into it, it becomes less sacred," Cordae explained.

"Honestly, he's quite a romantic dude," added Osaka, showing that this couple is all about deep, private love that—while unseen—goes strong.

Later that year, the couple also made some public outings at the ESPYS Awards and Met Gala and the Staples Center.

2022

While Cordae and Osaka don't post their intimate moments, they continue to interact with each other on both Instagram and Twitter.

"Absolutely FIRE !!!!!" Cordae commented beneath a Jan. 10 post by Osaka, followed by "My suga mama" a few days later. Despite not posting each other, they'll still hype each other up!

That same month, Osaka memorably promoted Cordae From A Birds Eye View album at the Australian Open just a few days after its release, showing that she'll dominate the court and rep her man at the same damn time. After her match, she specifically promoted the album by writing "FABEV" (From A Birds Eye View) on the camera.

While we may not see many lovey-dovey posts from Osaka and Cordae, rest assured that they're happily reclusive together.
