Event organizers, along with hundreds of Olympians and Paralympians, were also present.

How to register for the 2028 LA Olympics ticket draw

Fans can create a profile and register for the ticket draw online beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 14. Winners will be notified by email. They will then have the option to buy tickets for as low as $28. In April, organizers will reveal the time slots for purchasing tickets.

“These Games belong to everyone,” Casey Wasserman, who’s serving as the chairman of LA 2028, said on Tuesday, per the BBC. “These Games have to be affordable and inclusive.”

Officials noted that fans who are given the earliest time slots will have the best chance to secure low-priced tickets. They also said that everybody who gets a time slot is not guaranteed to get tickets.
