A 3-year-old boy is gaining fans on social media while showing off his incredible academic skills. The child’s mother gloats about her son as she regularly posts videos on her TikTok account Educating Izzzy, a page which has gained more than 20,000 followers.
In the latest video, the mother says she was cleaning when she heard Izzy independently quizzing himself with math. The clip shows the boy standing in front of a whiteboard in his room and effortlessly working on addition, subtraction and multiplication problems that are clearly far beyond his age level.
He also hums some tunes while continuing to focus on his seemingly relaxing work.
“He has been this way since he was 1 years old,” the mother wrote. “He would wake up and head straight to his writing board and practice writing on his own. Usually math or literacy. I’ve had eye rolls when I would tell people he teaches himself these things, but I know the truth.”
People on social media are responding with praise for the boy and the mother.

Another video shows the child reading children’s stories flawlessly.
“My 3-year-old reading Level 5 books,” the mother wrote in the caption.
She also said her son reads the reading comprehension questions in the back of the book and answers them very well.

Many adults are stunned when they see the boy solving equations they can’t comprehend.
“omg he’s just taught me how to divide without a calculator and I’m 28,” one person wrote.
