3. God Friended Me

Brandon Micheal Hall plays Miles Finer, an atheist podcaster who gets the shock of his life when God friends him on Facebook. The Facebook account then sends Miles people who need his help in their lives. The strange interactions Miles has with the God Facebook account cause him to rethink his own idea about spirituality while helping him grow as a person.

4. Nailed It

Nailed It is inspirational for the sheer fact that it’s funny, meaning that it could be the only bright spot in your day if you’re feeling down. Nicole Byer does an amazing job hosting the Netflix show that features three non-bakers trying to recreate elaborate cake creations with hilarious results.
