Kevin Hart’s career has seen one of the most successful trajectories of his time.
The decorated actor-comedian has seen the heights of fame and the valleys of notoriety. From his undeniable success on the big screen to the near-cancellation of his career over a resurfaced homophobic tweet, the actor appears to have nine lives.
In 2019, he and wife Eniko Hart decided to place their voices above the chatter of rumor and allegations surrounding their union. Here is everything we know about Eniko, the woman at the center of it all.
1. She and Kevin are expecting their second child together.
The couple, who became engaged on Eniko’s 30th birthday, celebrated their third wedding anniversary last August.
Today, they are expecting a second baby to join their blended family. In an Instagram post last week, Eniko shared the family’s joy at the gender reveal.
“This pregnancy felt the exact same I could have sworn we were having another boy. I literally screamed, laughed, and cried when we found out this time around because she & Kenzo are what I’ve always prayed for,” the expecting mother wrote on Instagram this Mother’s Day.
The couple’s first child together, Kenzo Hart, was born in November 2017.
Heaven Hart, 15, and Hendrix Hart, 12, are products of the comedian's first marriage to Torrei Hart. While Torrei initially alleged that Kevin and Eniko’s relationship began before their marriage ended, Kevin has maintained that he and Torrei were divorced before the start of his new relationship, according to Oprah Magazine.
2. Vera Wang designed her wedding dress.
On August 14, 2016, 225 guests watched the couple marry at a Santa Barbara venue, Vogue reports. It was there, the outlet says, that family and friends feasted their eyes on the lace-laden Vera Wang wedding dress that the designer tailored to Eniko’s body in six fittings. The dress, Wang told Vogue, took 10 people 150 hours to make.
3. Eniko has a strict “three strikes and you’re out” rule.
Nevertheless, rumors of infidelity were not confined to Torrei’s allegations. In Kevin’s 2019 Netflix documentary Kevin Hart: Don't F**k This Up, Eniko said she received a video one morning in 2017 that stopped her mid-breakfast, Today reported.
“I was pregnant at that time. I was about seven or eight months pregnant and I was having breakfast and I opened my phone and immediately I just lost it,” Eniko revealed.
Still, the expecting mom said she was able to forgive her husband for this indiscretion.
“I believe in second chances," Eniko said. “I’m all about forgiveness, and you only get two times. Three strikes you’re out, you’re out of here.”
4. She doesn’t play about her fitness — baby bump, or not.
If Instagram is any testament, Eniko doesn't appear to take her exercise lightly.
5. She can catwalk, too.
The 35-year-old former model made an appearance on BET’s 2013 season of Rip The Runway. She's also a brand ambassador for athleisure brand Fabletics.
One thing is for certain: Eniko is team Hart.
Regardless of any tension between Eniko and Torrei, this blended family doesn’t miss a beat.
