A Black man in Crockett, California, silenced a white woman who was trying to lecture him about putting "Black chicks in their place." Nicholas Wilkerson was dining at a restaurant when the Karen sitting at the bar next to him decided to unleash her random rant, Daily Dot reported.
“The Black male needs to get up and decide to put these Black chicks in their place,” she told Wilkerson, adding that Black women are going to destroy the country.
The perplexed patron briefly interrupted the woman to order his food, then allowed her to embarrass herself some more in front of the camera.
“The Black male needs to wrestle the Black female and tell her—put her in her place. Because if you don’t, she is gonna just… She’s just gonna, I don’t know. She’s just gonna…you know…mess it all up,” she rambled.
As the seemingly intoxicated customer appeared to confuse herself in the midst of her rant, Wilkerson tried to educate her.
“First of all, our Black women are strong,” he said. “We got strong Black women in this world. Yes indeed. And the Black women in this country, in this world, is not the problem.”
The belligerent patron still appeared to be confused. But Wilkerson continued, telling the woman that she's hating on his loved ones when she degrades Black women. He also raised questions about the woman's mother, appearing to refer to something that was discussed before the recording started.
"You're talking about my Black mother, my Black sister, you're talking about my girlfriend, you're talking about everybody," he said. "I don't know what's going on with your mom. My condolences to whatever is going on with your mom. But I don't think it's any Black women's fault what's going on with your mother."
The Karen decided to then unveil details about her mother.
"That b***h is 97 years old and she don't know how to quit," the woman said. "You got Black chicks who are like that. They need to be reigned in!”
She also implied at one point that white skin is preferable.
"People like porcelain skin, the blue eyes, the yellow hair—you know, all of it," she said.
Wilkerson received plenty of support when he later posted the video to Facebook.
“You better than me, because I would have let her have it!” one person said.
“The hueless are always nostalgic for a time when they can control black people,” another Facebook user wrote.
One person added that “her entitlement is off the charts.”
Wilkerson added his own comment when he posted the video on July 22.
One social media user said Wilkerson deserves a medal for keeping his composure.
This man, Nicholas Wilkerson, deserves a medal for his composure, for standing up for Black women, and for videoing Barstool Barbara so the world can share this interaction. I’d like to buy you a Cadillac, sir.https://t.co/5NuHgW0lx1

The composed customer told the white woman to have a good day as he walked away in the end.
