Chaos unfolded at the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami on Friday. Rowdy fans, who were demanding to see Kanye West, forced Kid Cudi to walk off stage, RollingStone reports.
Cudi was performing on stage when fans hit him in the face with what appears to be a bottle. Video posted to social media showed the outraged rapper threatening to walk off stage if the fans don’t calm down.
“I will f**king leave. If I get hit with one more f**king thing — if I see one more f**king thing on this fucking stage, I’m leaving,” he said. “Don’t f**k with me.”
Still, somebody threw another bottle at the artist, prompting him to drop his mic and walk off. Fans then proceeded to chant Kanye’s name.
“Fans” really hit Kid Cudi’s FACE with a bottle. @RollingLoud, you guys need to condemn these “fans” or make a statement because your night one has been terrible. (via @Kurrco) pic.twitter.com/xA240lNslV

Many music fans were displeased when Rolling Loud organizers chose Cudi to replace Kanye after the Donda 2 rapper pulled out of the festival. Kanye, however, made a surprise appearance at the event. The 45-year-old rapper joined Lil Durk on stage, wearing a full face mask, and performed his hit, “Father Stretch My hands, Pt. 1” from The Life of Pablo album. After Kanye performed the popular song, which contains vocals by Cudi, some fans said the rapper was deliberately trying to agitate at his rival.
According to TMZ, Kanye and Cudi have been feuding since Kanye called out Cudi for being friends with Pete Davidson.
