Over the past few days, Aretha Franklin has been on the hearts and minds of fans all over the world. News reports stated the legendary singer deemed the Queen of Soul was suffering from an undisclosed illness. On Thursday, August 16, the 76-year-old lost her battle with pancreatic cancer. It is now a perfect time to reflect on the soul singer's illustrious career with five of her top performances.
