Talk about generational wealth! Social media influencer and entrepreneur Ari Fletcher changed the game with a creative and everlasting present for her boyfriend, Moneybagg Yo. In celebration of his 30th birthday, Fletcher gifted him 28.8 acres of land (think about 26 football fields) in Memphis. And Moneybagg already has plans for what he wants to do with the newly acquired property.

"Time to start building and making more millions," he says.

Fletcher surprised Moneybagg with balloons, friends and a decorated lawn. Friends and followers shouted, "Couple goals."

"What do you buy someone that has it all? The gift that keeps on giving. I've bought you a lifetime of income, literally. Generational wealth! Happy birthday @moneybaggyo The deed is yours!" Fletcher tweeted.

The couple has had their share of ups and downs throughout the years, but Moneybagg told The Morning Hustle that his relationship with Fletcher is a “forever thing.” And the rapper has been spreading his appreciation for these gifts all over his socials. He's already planning his next step toward the bag, and we love to see the money mindset.

For the couple, a legacy of wealth and being debt free is the goal. On Moneybagg's Instagram Story, Fletcher can be heard saying, "Aw yeah, there go yo deed. This yo' s**t, fashion. Paid for. Ain't no payments, no nothing. Everything, it's over with."

To make it official, the realtor did the honors of presenting Moneybagg with a card that said, "Happy Birthday Moneybagg Yo" along with the 28.8 acres written under the message and a "from Ari, with love" signature.

Sis went above and beyond by staging a living room set, couch and coffee table on the lawn so the "Said Sum" artist could imagine their future home, studio and business. But the day wasn't complete without a custom cake adorned with a gold crown.

"I'm not gone lie. I ain't expect no gift like this," Moneybagg said while recording a video of his new land.

The best part of the celebration was Moneybagg's reflection on how far he's come. Saying, "I got all Fs in school." Now, all fans are worried about is men expecting acreage for every milestone birthday. Thanks a lot, Ari!
