The genuinely charming and inspriational documentary Being Elmo: A Puppeteer’s Journey , one of the big hits at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, and which just played this past Sunday at the Black Harvest Film Festival in Chicago, will open theatrically this October, though Submarine Deluxe Films.
Directed by Constance Marks the film chronicles puppeteer Kevin Clash, his life and career, and his work with Jim Henson, The Muppets and Sesame Street, as well as being the man behind Elmo.
I guarantee this is one film that absolutely everyone will love and be moved by at the end.
The film opens on Oct.21 in New York at the IFC Center, and expands to more cities in November. For more info abut the film check out the website HERE
