Beyoncé is dropping a new Balmain collection inspired by her Renaissance album.
Partnering with French designer Olivier Rousteing, Beyoncé created the Balmain haute couture collection and showed off her stylish wardrobe on the cover of Vogue France’s April issue.
According to Vogue France, the collection includes 16 outfits inspired by each track from Renaissance.
“Thank you @olivier_rousteing and @balmain for bringing RENAISSANCE to life in couture,” Beyoncé wrote on Instagram. “Designing alongside you was freeing—thank you for allowing me to celebrate the human form, to take artistic risks, to push boundaries and to freely express myself.
To the @voguefrance team, thank you for trusting in our vision and sharing it with the world.”

Balmain has also shared images of the various outfits featured in the collection.

One part of the collection draws inspiration from Beyoncé’s “I’m That Girl” lyrics.
“From the top of the morning, I shine (ah-ooh) / Right through the blinds (ah-ooh) / Touching everything in my plain view / And everything next to me gets lit up, too (ugh),” Beyoncé sings on the Renaissance track.
Rousteing said those lyrics encapsulate the iconic singer’s strength.
“Beyoncé’s a strong woman of substance—and with these lyrics and this message, making the choice for which way to go for this first design was very easy… We turned to sculptor Elie Hirsch for this sublime sun-meets-crown metal bustier (I especially love how these spikes impart that perfect frisson of danger),” Rousteing told Vogue.
