According to ScreenAfrica, Beyoncé's feature-length documentary, Beyoncé: Life Is But A Dream, which was broadcast on HBO for audiences in the USA, will get a theatrical run in South Africa.
The doc will be released at select Nu Metro cinemas around the country from Friday March 1 to March 7, 2013 – as you can see in the poster above.
As we mentioned earlier this week, the self-directed documentary special ended up being a huge draw for HBO, attracting 1.8 million viewers during its initial 9pm broadcast, knocking out Spike Lee's 2006 mini-series When the Levees Broke: A Requiem in Four Acts, which pulled in 1.7 million viewers, as the most-watched feature doc on the network since 2004, when Nielsen changed the way it measures viewership for HBO.
