The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has ruled to not file charges against embattled entertainer Bill Cosby. One case was dismissed because too much time had passed to prosecute Cosby, unlike the charge that was filed December 30th, which was still within the statute of limitations.

As for the other case, the D.A’s office stated that they looked at possible felonies, and considered filing a felony charge of sexual battery by restraint, but there was not enough evidence to support it.
