Boosie Badazz is doing a whole lot of talking and making very little sense over on the gram.

The Louisiana rapper is criticizing Dwyane Wade for openly supporting his 12-year-old's trans identity, which Wade announced on The Ellen DeGeneres Show last week. The former Miami Heat player shared that his daughter, who once went by Zion, now goes by Zaya.

"I gotta say something about this s**t, bro. Dwyane Wade, you gone too f**king far, dawg," he said. "That is a male. A 12-year-old. At 12, they don’t even know what they next meal gon' be. They don’t have s**t figured out yet. He might meet a woman, anything, at 16 and fall in love with her. But his d**k be gone — how he gon' — like, bruh, you going too far, dawg."

Seemingly unaware of the variants of trans identity and fluidity, Boosie pleaded with the former NBA player to not "cut his d**k off, bruh. Like, bruh, for real, if he gon' be gay, let him be gay, but don’t cut his d**k off, bruh. Don’t—and dress him as a woman, dawg. He’s 12 years old."

In his video, Boosie also was quick to assume that Zaya would undergo gender reassignment surgery, which Wade has never stated.

Although Wade hasn't responded to the video, he acknowledged the possibility of dealing with people's unwarranted opinions and comments.

Over on the Twitterverse, folks expected little more from the "Wipe Me Down" rapper, particularly given his 2017 admission that he wanted a grown woman to perform oral sex on his then 14-year-old son.

While on Ellen, Wade revealed he and his family were throwing their full support behind Zaya for living in her truth, as Blavity previously reported. Wade has been vocal about being an active learner of gender identity so he can be a strong resource for Zaya.

Wade told DeGeneres, he and his wife, Gabrielle Union, "are proud parents of a child in the LGBTQ+ community and we're proud allies as well."

"I looked at her and said 'You are a leader,'" the retired athlete said. "Right now it's through us because she's 12 years old, but eventually it will be through her."

The family has shared various Instagram posts alongside Zaya demonstrating their pride in her freedom of expression, including one of them at 2019 Miami Pride Parade.

Last week, Union posted a clip on social media introducing Zaya to the world. The 12-year-old, with poise, intelligently shared her thoughts on "living as yourself."

"What’s the point of being on this Earth if you’re gonna try to be something you’re not. It’s like you’re not even living as yourself which is the dumbest concept to me." Zaya told her dad. "Be true and don’t really care what the stereotypical way of being you is."

Assumingly knowing how cruel the world can be at times, Wade asked his daughter about her thoughts on people being hurt for living as their honest selves.

"Yeah I know it can get tough, but I think you push through and you be the best you. Especially more recently it’s become more accepting, even though there’s obviously a lot of people out there that are really set in, you know, back in the days way of mind. but I think even through hard times, you gotta just push through. I mean like it’s worth it. I feel it’s very worth it when you reach that point of like yourself," she said.

"Feeling like you don’t have to hide?" Wade asked.

"Where you can look in the mirror and say like 'hi' to yourself, like 'nice to meet you,' instead of like 'Hm I don’t really know who I am.' It’s like a full-on identity crisis," she said.

Zaya's brother Zaire has also been vocal with his support. Back in December, he posted a picture alongside his sister on Instagram with the caption "We didn't ask for y'all opinion." Most recently, though, Zaire shared a throwback picture of the two with a heartfelt caption.

"Man, I remember bugging my mom as a kid telling her I wanted a brother so bad. I was the only child looking for company and someone to look after and take care of. I have been blessed to have my best friend, Zaya with me for 12 years. We did everything together…we fought, we played, we laughed and we cried. But the one thing we never did was leave each other behind… I’ve told you that I would lay my life down to make sure you are ten toes down and happy on this earth. I don’t care what they think Z, you are my best friend and I love you kid, and if it means anything, just know there’s no love lost on this side ✊????," he wrote.

Wade took the time to learn. Boosie could try to do the same.
