Howard University welcomed R&B artist Bryson Tiller for their homecoming weekend. Students knocked the 29-year-old to the ground leaving the artist stunned by being bitten and stepped on by the students.

A Twitter user and Howard student shared news of the incident citing Tiller was allegedly bitten by fans and trampled.

The viral video displays a large group of HU students screaming and crowding around Bryson Tiller and as he continues to walk with his team, the crowd being on his heels made him fall to the ground.

Students can be heard saying “oh shit” in shock at the musical guest being trampled to the floor.

“I actually feel bad for Bryson Tiller because y’all have no decorum at all…there should be no reason this man was on the GROUND getting bit and stepped on,” the user tweeted.

“Y’all was trampling over people for Bryson Tiller and he ain’t even perform no music. And y’all think we getting DRAKE???,” a tweet reads.

Tiller didn’t seem phased by the warm welcome because he thanked his fans on social media afterward but, many aren’t believing the Louisville native after videos circulating show students at HU, GSU, Spellman, and AUC going crazy for the singer.

“I keep seeing new videos of Bryson Tiller and in each one he looks scared for his life,” the user tweeted in response to the GSU school visit video.

“Bryson Tiller after escaping being surrounded by GSU Students,” a user tweeted with a meme of a person sighing in distress.

“Bryson Tiller fought for his life at GSU, the AUC, and Howard LMAO,” a user tweeted with a picture of Tiller’s face.

Videos of the artists participating in multiple homecomings on Twitter are showcasing just how strong the love and support from his fans are. The artist has been away for a minute now but, just released his latest single “Outside” earlier this week.
