Cardi B made her debut appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Monday, where the rapper talked about her recent single “Bongos” with Megan Thee Stallion, the stripping industry, her favorite celebrities and more.

The Bronx native revealed some surprising details during the interview that fans may or may not have known about her. Cardi also played the talk show host’s game “Plead the Fifth,” where guests are given three questions and they’re allowed not to answer one of them, Daily Mail reported.

Here are five things we learned from Cardi’s guest appearance on the talk show.

Cardi is "shy" when she's around other celebrities.

The 30-year-old made the shocking reveal after Cohen read a question from a fan, asking what her most memorable fan-girl moment was after meeting another celebrity.

“Oh, it’s a lot. When I meet another celebrity, I just like freeze up,” Cardi said, per the Daily Mail.

She continued: “I always freeze up. I rarely talk. Sometimes celebrities be like, ‘Can you give her my number?’ A lot of celebrities go to people I work with and they be like, ”I don’t think she likes me.”’

Cardi insisted she’s not a mean or rude person. Instead, the “WAP” artist said she doesn’t always know what to say around other people.

“And it’s like, no, I love them. I just, like, get mute. I don’t even know what to say,” Cardi explained.

“I’m really shy,” she added.

Megan said Cardi is a great person who is extremely "consistent" and "real."

Last week, the 28-year-old appeared on a livestream video on Cardi’s YouTube channel and talked about the pair’s friendship following the release of the new single, People reported.

“Cardi is somebody that I want in my space, in my energy, so it’s so easy to work with her, cause she got good vibes, she got good energy,” the rapper said, according to People. “I want her to be in my space.”

“This girl is probably the only girl who have been this consistent and this real and this, just, great of a person to me,” Megan continued. “So I just wanna say, Cardi, I really love you.”

During the show, Cohen read another question from a fan regarding Megan’s comments about Cardi. The rapper was surprised the musician felt that way about her.

“I couldn’t believe that she felt that way about me. I was like thank you. Because, you know, sometimes, like, you know, when I be seeing like drama going on online, I be wanting to hit her up, but I just be so shy. I’m too shy to hit her up. Sometimes when you’re going through things, you just want to be left alone,” Cardi said.

Cardi overly tips during a night out at the strip club.

According to Yahoo, the Grammy winner was a stripper at age 19 to support herself and pay her college tuition. However, as a well-accomplished entertainer, she admitted to overly tipping when enjoying a night out at the strip club.

“I overdo it,” she said.

Cardi also talked about how the stripping industry has changed since her time working in the profession.

“What I don’t like is, I feel like back then, strippers, like, danced a little harder. Like, now, the girls won’t even climb the poll,” she said.

When asked if the strippers were “lazy,” Cardi replied, “They’re lazy.”

“They’re lazy and I be spending like racks,” she told Cohen.

Serena Williams once slid into Cardi's direct messages on social media.

Cohen began the game “Plead the Fifth” and asked Cardi about the most famous person to send her direct messages on social media.

“Serena Williams,” Cardi answered.

“That’s a good one,” Cohen replied.

The 55-year-old wanted more information about the exchange and asked if they were “buddies,” per Daily Mail.

“You know what? We’re not buddies, but when we see each other, we have like real women-women talks. She gets me,” Cardi said.

The two superstars were spotted several times together over the years at various events. In February, the tennis champion was seen greeting the rapper after her pre-Super Bowl performance.

Cardi said "Bodak Yellow" was Grammy-worthy.

Cohen asked the 30-year-old about her Grammy wins and which song she thinks should have won the prestigious award.

“Out of your nine Grammy nominations, which one did you feel like you were the most robbed of?” he asked.

“Bodak Yellow,” Cardi said as she referenced the 2017 hit single from her debut album, Invasion of Privacy.

While Cardi lost both nominations to Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble,” the rapper became a Grammy winner in 2019, when she won the award for best rap album.

Her thoughts on returning to reality TV

She says she is down to be back on reality television.

“I wouldn’t mind but I kinda mind,” she said. “I feel like I would get canceled every day.”

And when Cohen asked her what her Housewives tagline would be, she said, “The only thing I throw harder than mics is shade,” referencing the viral mic-throwing incident from this summer.
