Charlize Theron made an appearance at the Dior Spring/Summer 2024 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. She was accompanied by her 11-year-old daughter Jackson for the occasion.

Mother and daughter were photographed sitting front row next to Blackpink’s Jisoo, and later leaving the show held at the Tuileries Garden. The actor wore a white shirt and gold maxi skirt while her daughter dressed in a red and white plaid outfit.

This summer, Theron posted a video of herself and her daughters dancing at one of Taylor Swift’s tour dates. She is a mother to two daughters, Jackson and 7-year-old August.

Theron, who is South African, said she always saw adoption as a first option when thinking of raising a family.

“Even when I was in relationships, I was always honest with my partners, that adoption was how my family would look one day,” she told People. “This was definitely not a second option for me. It was always my first.”

The actor recently shared that she has been trying to adapt to Jackson starting middle school.

“My oldest just went to middle school and it was literally, it was so sad. I was like, ‘Where’s my baby?’” she said in a Q&A, according to the news outlet. “And she was like, ‘Mom, please don’t look, mom, don’t hug me.’ I was like, ‘Can I hug you?’ She’s like, ‘No, no.’ Oh my god. It’s like a whole different game.”

“There’s something about having kids that you’re so aware of the changes that come and they happen really fast and it’s just a tremendous jump from one year to the other,” Theron added. “So it’s always exciting to see where they’re going to go in the next year.”
