Chlöe Bailey gives her fans the bad b*tch energy she promised in her latest hot music video.
The second single from her long-awaited, untitled debut solo album, “Treat Me,” directed by Diana Kunst, has fans drooling over the sleek, black-and-white visual. The track, which samples Bubba Sparxx’s 2006 classic “Ms. New Booty,” encourages her love interest to take the shot.
Fans took to Twitter to share their opinion on how much the “Have Mercy” singer has grown with her new video. One Twitter user noted the video and the song are a bop.
treat me is a fuckin bop and the video looks even better chloe bailey most definitely won this round

Most fans took to defend Bailey and her new grown personality. One user said they didn’t care if people didn’t like the video because many music listeners don’t give the new girls a chance anyway.
Who cares if y’all don’t like Treat Me! Y’all ain’t a fan of Chloe, Normani, Tinashe, Victoria Monet none of the new girls! That’s why we’ll never have another Brandy, Monica, Aaliyah & Mya era cause y’all tear the new girls down before they even start & don’t give them a chance pic.twitter.com/DOV4FvgNNa

Another user applauded Bailey for getting her footing in her new adult persona and, even more so, publicly doing it.
Chloe Bailey is stunning. I give her grace because finding your footing in your sexy as a woman is hard enough but doing it in front of the entire world, I applaud her lol

One fan took the time to share the treatment behind the visual, explaining that Bailey is teaching her love interest how to treat and love her.
y’all keep saying the treat me video don’t match the song & I’m very convinced y’all are dumb. The song is literally her telling a man to treat her how she treats herself, touching on selflove. Chloe’s dancing in the video and embracing her body loving on herself. Are y’all dumb?

However, some music listeners aren’t big fans of the video. One music listener finds Bailey’s music harsh and feels her videos are wild.
Chloe’s problem is that her music is jarring and then she adds in these wild visuals

Another user acknowledges that she isn’t Bailey’s target audience and is fine with that.
Chloe music is not for me bc I’m not the target audience. That’s it. That’s all.

One user felt the song was bad, and no one would stream it if it didn’t have Bailey in it.
I don’t have an issue with Chloe being a pop girly! I have an issue with the music being bad. 😭😭😭 No one would stream Treat Me if any other artist dropped it. https://t.co/QaxhaJBD22
