Chris Brown is releasing text messages and voicemails allegedly from the woman accusing him of raping her, revealing another side of the story. The singer alleges that the woman, identified only as Jane Doe, isn’t telling the truth about their interactions and only reported the incident to the police in an attempt to get Brown’s attention.

According to TMZ, Brown posted the messages to his Instagram story, showing their interactions that allegedly took place around the time of the Dec. 2020 incident and shortly after. Following their night together on the yacht, Brown instructed her to take a Plan B pill, to which the unnamed woman allegedly responded by saying that she would and “I wanna f**k u tonight at midnight lol.”

The two set up another meeting, but the plans never came together. She allegedly sent Brown a nude picture with another flirty message, saying, “U were honestly the best d**k I’ve had 😭 lol i just want it again.”

After he didn’t return a response, she allegedly reached out, again.

“U knew full well I wasn’t pressing u bout no d**k. U told me to stay and then gonna try to play me? Nah that’s crazy i didn’t deserve that but u def got it,” the message read.

She also allegedly called and left him a voicemail, telling the singer, “I just want to see you again … just let me know. If you want me to leave you alone, I will. But I really just wanna f**k the s**t again.”

In light of the new, seemingly exonerating, information, Brown posted another update.

“No more dragging me through the mud. CLEARLY YOU CAN ALL SEE THE (blue cap emoji),” he said. “Me and my team are taking legal action on this situation. You don’t play with people’s lives like that.”

As Blavity previously reported, the woman filed a lawsuit against the singer in January, alleging that he sexually assaulted her on a yacht at P. Diddy’s home in 2020. She said she went to meet up with Brown on the boat during a gathering and was given a red cup to sip from. After Brown refilled her drink, she said she started to experience “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness” which left her “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep,” according to the lawsuit.

TMZ reports the woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, confirmed her client sent the text messages and voicemails, but said she was unaware of the interactions when Jane Doe initially approached her for legal aid. Mitchell added that she’s withdrawing from the case. However, Miami Beach police are still looking into the situation.
