While Chris Rock has yet to open up about being slapped at the Oscars, the comedian is cracking jokes about the incident, People reports. According to the outlet, Rock mentioned the slap during a stand-up show at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, California, on Friday night.

“I’m OK,” he said during his set, according to People. “I have a whole show and I’m not talking about that until I get paid.”

Later, the comedian referenced the incident again, saying “Life is good. I got my hearing back,” the Palm Springs Desert Sun reports.

In typical Rock fashion, the comedian went on to discuss other celebrities and politicians during his set. He talked about Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaigns in 2008 and 2016, the Kardashians and Meghan Markle.

The 57-year-old dad of two also talked about his personal life — being single again after splitting with his ex-wife in 2016 and raising his daughters. According to Palm Springs Desert Sun, Rock also had some funny thoughts about corporations trying to improve their diversity.

Rock’s comments come after the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences banned Will Smith from attending the Oscars for 10 years, as Blavity News previously reported. In a statement announcing its decision, it admitted to not addressing the situation appropriately and extended an apology to Rock.

“During our telecast, we did not adequately address the situation in the room,” Academy President David Rubin and CEO Dawn Hudson said in the letter, People reports. “For this, we are sorry. This was an opportunity for us to set an example for our guests, viewers and our Academy family around the world, and we fell short — unprepared for the unprecedented.”
