After the BET Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, Coi Leray was the target of trolls who were body-shaming her online. Without hesitation, Leray took to Twitter in a series of tweets to clap back at the naysayers.

Leray held nothing back as she defended herself against the online attack.

“My body is always trending,” the 24-year-old said on Monday. “I don’t understand.”

In seek of answers, Leray asked her followers to pitch.

In her last tweet, she even got some jokes off at the expense of those who were attacking her.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time that the Boston native had to check trolls for negative comments about her body. Back in March, she brought the heat to people judging and slut-shaming her.

“Get use to my braids because I’m never changing them," she tweeted. "Get use to my body because I’m never changing anything on it."

She even went into the devastating effects that online bullying can have on people.

Lot of y’all do this bullying shit to every celebrity. I get it, y’all human. But a lot of people don’t understand how much it could kill someone. If you tryna kill me, just know I ain’t afraid to die. Im ready for whatever

While social media was busy judging Leray’s body, she’s been celebrating her ever-growing list of accomplishments. She performed during the pre-show ceremony for the BET Awards and was accompanied by her boyfriend Pressa as she walked down the red carpet.

Proven she’s a hitmaker on the rise, she recently received a platinum plaque for her song “No More Parties,” according to Hip Hop DX. She was also awarded her high school diploma from Montclair High School in New Jersey where she dropped out eight years earlier.
