Chicago-based actor, director and screenwriter, Chris Love, is a self-made man. Raised in
a talented family in Chicago, he attended college on a football scholarship.
However, when his football career came to a sudden end, due to a serious injury,
he decided to refocus his goal on the pursuit of a career in both music and
film.
However, he
admits that: “I never went to film school. I am, for the most part, self taught
and was lucky enough to gain amazing experience on set from some very gifted
mentors. I’ve put my heart and soul into the craft for the past four years, most
recently excelling as an actor, booking a co-star in an episode of Fox’s
series, ‘Empire.’ I have a passion for
bringing stories to life. Working with actors to get the most out of every
character."
And to that
end, he is currently working on what he calls his “first major production" for his "upstart production company," Liberium Visions, which is a potential TV pilot
called "Kings."
Not only
does Love play the lead, he is also the writer and director of the project, which
deals with a man out for revenge for a death of someone close to him, who teams up with a
widowed vigilante and a stick up man to take down a crime empire.
And to raise
money for the project, both for production (which will begin at the end of July) and
post-production, Love has established an Indiegogo campaign, which you can go to
