Da Brat shared a video of her receiving an early birthday gift while professing her love for her girlfriend.
The 45-year-old's girlfriend, Jesseca Dupart, surprised her with a new Bentley ahead of Da Brat's birthday on April 14.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Da Brat, whose real name is Shawntae Harris, thanked Dupart and said her love was "so overwhelming that often I find myself in a daze hoping to never get pinched to see if it’s real so I can live in this dream forever."
Dupart, the CEO of Kaleidoscope Hair Products, shared her own message expressing her love for the Chicago native on her Instagram page.
In the long post, Dupart said the legendary rapper hates to receive gifts but that she "deserves the WORLD and so much more."
The 38-year-old businesswoman also shared a photo of the couple's matching Bentleys.
The posts were the first time the two were public with their relationship, but the couple denied they were ever hiding their love for one another.
“I’ve never been SOOOO happy and honestly think that it’s not only because of our connection but also because we really been to ourselves. But then all these videos keep popping up like we hiding. But WE BE IN PUBLIC,” Dupart wrote.
“Why is y’all hiding to get footage. My better half, my forever, my twin flame,” Dupart added.
Some people speculated that they were getting married after Dupart shared a photo of what looked like an engagement ring, but they have yet to confirm.
Dozens of stars like Taraji P. Henson, Kandi Burruss, Kyla Pratt, Niecy Nash, Lena Waithe, Eva Marcille and Keshia Knight Pulliam commented on the video and congratulated the pair for their showings of affection.
